Ak'chamel has established a strong reputation as a captivating stage project. Their performances feature nightmarish costumes and hallucinatory rituals, creating a unique sound that blends desert-scorched psychedelia, post-apocalyptic shamanism, and lo-fi ritual-folk.

Their deliberately lo-fi, murky temple music evokes the post-industrial rituals yearning for the pagan days of Druidic Britain, alongside playful rhythms from Thai temple music and influences from the occult ethnomusicology of The Sun City Girls.

With around fifteen cassettes, three vinyl LPs, and several cryptic VHS videos, their work has generated millions of views. They tour frequently and have performed at major festivals on both sides of the Atlantic, receiving press coverage from VICE, Consequence, The Wire, and more.
