Alton's Pancake Race

Join us for the beloved Pancake Race hosted by Alton Town Council at the beautiful Alton Public Gardens! 🌳✨ This fun event, supported by Capra Espresso, is back and better than ever on Tuesday 17th February 2026.

🕙 Registration starts at 10:00 AM
🏁 First race kicks off around 10:45 AM

Indulge in delicious pancakes and refreshments from Capra Espresso while enjoying the festive atmosphere! Fancy dress is highly encouraged, so wear your wackiest outfit for a chance to win a prize for the best-dressed participant! 🎉💃

Race Categories:

• Nutella: Preschool children
• Lemon & Sugar: Years R - 2 (Infants)
• Milk: Years 3 - 6 (Juniors)
• Flour: Year 7 - 11 (Secondary)
• Eggs: Relay race for teams of up to 8 participants

💷 Entrance Fee:

• £1.00 per child
• £5.00 per team
