ASPCA's Rescue Effect

This August, the Jacksonville Humane Society (JHS) is joining hundreds of animal shelters and rescue organizations across the country in the ASPCA’s Rescue Effect campaign. This nationwide initiative aims to inspire more people to adopt and help homeless pets find loving families.

The first event to kick off this initiative in Jacksonville will be held on August 8-9 at the Jacksonville Humane Society. During this event, adoption fees for all dogs and cats will be waived!

Note: A county licensing fee may apply. A cat carrier or dog leash is required at the time of adoption!
