5:00 PM – 6:00 PM Registration
6:00 PM – 6:05 PM Opening
6:05 PM – 7:05 PM Intro to Kiro IDE/CLI, features, examples and demo
7:05 PM – 7:20 PM Pizza break
7:20 PM – 7:30 PM BuildFest introduction
7:30 PM – 8:00 PM Working Backwards / PRFAQ talk
8:00 PM – 9:00 PM Team formation, hands-on setup, Kiro setup and hacking begins
9:00 PM – 9:10 PM Photo taking
9:15 PM Workshop concludes
After the workshop:
26 Jun – 4 Jul Hacking period
5 Jul – 12 Jul SBG screening and selection
13 Jul – 19 Jul AWS judging and final selection
20 Jul – 24 Jul Winners announced
27 Jul – 31 Jul Prize presentation

🎓 Student-Only Event
Join us for an exclusive hands-on workshop with AWS and Kiro, designed for students interested in modern AI-powered development workflows. Participants will learn how to use Kiro and explore the powerful tools available within the Kiro IDE to build real-world projects more efficiently.
This session will include guided workshops, live demonstrations, and opportunities to connect with fellow student developers and industry professionals from aws.

🚆 Getting There by MRT
Downtown MRT Station (3-minute walk)
• Take Exit E
• Walk straight and cross the road towards IOI Building
• Take the escalator up to Level 2
• The East Tower lobby will be on your left
Shenton Way MRT Station (5-minute walk)
• Take Exit 3
• Walk through Asia Square and cross Commerce Street
• Enter IOI Building and turn left
• Take the escalator up to Level 2
🍕 AWS will be providing food, refreshments, swags, and workspace access for participants.
