Bat Chats with the Houston Area Bat Team

Join us for an enchanting evening at Waugh Drive Bridge for a special Bat Chat with the Houston Area Bat Team! Learn fascinating insights about the Mexican Free-tailed Bats, whose summer population can peak at around 300,000! 🌆 As the sun sets, witness the magic as these bats make a breathtaking exit from the crevices beneath the bridge, swirling into the sky in an amazing formation.

Bring your family and friends, a picnic blanket, and don’t forget your bug spray! This unique and educational experience is perfect for all ages.
