Meet Your Instructor: Andrew Butcher, a computational new media artist and creative technologist, will guide you through this journey. He’s an active member of the Bay Area TouchDesigner community and currently an artist in residence at California College of the Arts. Andrew’s work focuses on the interplay between technology and human perception, often showcased through interactive installations, audiovisual performances, and video games.
🎨 Explore themes of world building, speculative generative design, and the transformation of perception through his lens!
About tiat: This workshop takes place at tiat, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to the marriage of art and technology. We provide creative technologists with a platform to experiment, exhibit, and expand their artistic practices. 🌐
