Broken Hearts Restored presents Unsent: An Evening of Letter Writing & Reflection

Join us for Unsent: A Letter Release Experience – a unique guided mental wellness event focused on emotional release through reflection and writing. This special occasion is held in honor of Bebe Moore Campbell National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month.

Many in the Black community carry unspoken words, often out of self-protection or a lack of a safe space for expression. This event offers guided prompts and reflection exercises to help participants reconnect with themselves and let go of burdens they no longer need to bear.
