Love reading?  Want to meet neighbours in a relaxed 'third place' environment?

Great, me too.

I'm Zehra, Fort Greene resident for over 25 years at this point and am happy to have people over in my backyard where you bring a snack/drink for yourself and two others (sharing is caring) and your book (any book).  We will say hi to each other, get some snacks, sit and read silently for 45 minutes and then talk to each other about what we are reading and our books (and life). Capping it at 15 for the first one and let's see how it goes.

Event is for Brooklyn folks, it's in my house so please be respectful, it's free so please do bring something to share. I have books if you need one to read. Brian over at Gnarly Vines (super close to my place) has very kindly agreed to give anyone coming to the book club 10% off on beverages if you wanted to bring a bottle from there (yay). Make sure to mention you are attending the Brooklyn Book Lovers Club.
