Over the years, he's tried his hand at painting, playing an instrument, graphic design, sports, and more. But his true, undeniable passions? Food and people. Always up for a great bite, always ready for an open-hearted conversation.

You'll likely find Carlos surrounded by people mid-laugh, deep in some fascinating exchange. And this weekend, he wants to take you on a HIKE — because life is all about sharing, it's never that serious, and there's always a way to laugh at it and enjoy nature together.
