Most early-stage founders often juggle their entire business in their heads, working long hours without a reliable system to help them when things get busy. This workshop aims to change that! Participants will leave with a completed Ops Canvas, a first draft of how their business operates, tailored with their own insights, ensuring the business supports their life instead of overwhelming it.

🛠️ Workshop description:
Build It is a hands-on session for new and early-stage founders, presented by Rethinking Human. Effective operations are all about creating the right structure around the human running the business. In five short rounds, participants will:
1️⃣ Get honest about what’s really happening in their business.
2️⃣ Build the following:

• A clear one-sentence offer.
• Identification of the work only they can perform.
• Systems that free up their time.
• The culture they are inadvertently establishing.
• A simple habit of regular check-ins.

Each section pairs research-backed insights with a timed building prompt, ensuring participants focus on crafting rather than taking notes. Everyone walks away with a rough yet valid operational foundation for their business — created by them!
