More About the Speakers

Dr. Wenwey Hseush is the CEO of BigObject Inc, a data technology company pioneering a new paradigm for data sharing and high-performance computing across streaming, decentralized, and edge environments. Since 1995, he has founded several technology companies, including Timecruiser Computing, eBizprise, and BigObject.
His expertise spans data-intensive computing, time-series databases, edge computing, spatiotemporal AI, and Agentic AI. He is actively involved in the Data for Public Goods movement, advocating next-generation data sharing with a strong focus on sustainable development. His recent work on AI-ready data foundations and data economies has been presented at international conferences, including DATA 2025, Singapore Economic Conference 2026. Dr. Wenwey holds a B.S. from National Taiwan University and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Columbia University.
