Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art and dance that combines elements of movement, acrobatics, music, rhythm, and play.
Often considered the mother art of Breakdance, Contemporary Dance, Tricking, Animal Flow, Bodyweight Training, and many other movement practices, Capoeira invites participants into an embodied exploration of strength, creativity, connection, and self-expression.
Together we will explore kicks, ground flows, partner improvisation, coordination, mobility, and rhythm, all guided by traditional Afro-Brazilian music. Expect a full-body journey that is both playful and powerful.
