Xu Ben Zhang - Driven by a lifelong passion for climate action and the ocean, Xu is the Managing Director at Kelp Forest Foundation, a non-profit focused on kelp research and awareness. She is also the Co-Founder of SeaSpark, a start-up developing seaweed-based glitter. With a background in Industrial Ecology, she applies a systems-thinking approach to translate research and innovation in seaweed into practical solutions for climate and nature. Whether restoring kelp forests or developing biomaterials, she believes that nature can be the foundation of our future through strong partnerships across disciplines and geographies.

Santi Rahayu - Founder and creative director of Pariveśa, an online media platform that supports global conservationists through creative storytelling and events. Santi specializes in transforming ideas into various outputs while ensuring everything stays aligned. Alongside her creative work, she is passionate about conservation and environmentalism.
