Whether you're hunting for hidden treasures, ready to sell your items, or just looking for a fun day out, this event is not to be missed!

🏷️ Vendor Information

• Cost: $35 for 2 parking spaces + one 8' table
• Extra Tables: $5 each
• Set-Up Time: 7:00 – 8:30 AM
• Market Hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Breakdown: No earlier than 2:00 PM (unless directed by HALO staff)

📌 Important Notes

• A minimum number of vendors must register by June 4 for the event to proceed.
• Vendors keep all proceeds from their sales, and registration fees benefit HALO.
• Spaces will be assigned upon arrival (not preassigned).

🔔 Site Rules

• Please accept payments and bring your own change; change will not be provided.
• Bring your own chairs and extra tables if needed.
• Tents should be weighted at each pole and may be restricted in high winds.
• Ensure all items fit within your designated space; vendors handle their own transactions.
• Clearly mark items: “ALL SALES FINAL.”
• This is a Leave No Trace event: please clean up your area completely.
• Not Allowed: Generators, smoking, or pets (service animals permitted).

❌ Prohibited Items

• Fireworks, firearms, ammunition, or weapons of any kind
• Pornographic materials
• CBD or drug-related products
• Alcohol, food, or beverages for consumption
• Political advertising or merchandise

Holy Apostles and HALO reserve the right to remove inappropriate or unsafe items from the event.

This is an outdoor event and is subject to weather conditions. No refunds will be issued unless both scheduled dates are canceled.
