Contact Improv Dance Fundamentals Community Class
Join us as we embrace the joy of Contact Improvisation Dance!
A dedicated team of local teachers and organizers invites you to explore the fundamentals in this beginner-friendly class. Contact Improv (CI) is all about the relationship between dancers, giving you the chance to engage in spontaneous movement without set steps or explicit leaders. It’s an opportunity to practice a wide range of dance moves while developing skills such as presence, leading, following, weight sharing, fitness, and flexibility.
The experience promises to be joyous and transformative — we hope to ignite great changes in your life. Come and join our vibrant community!
Class Pricing:
- General Ticket: $30
- Supported Ticket: $10

Important Info:
Arrive by 5:50 PM for a 6 PM start if possible. Late arrivals are welcome if you’re not a beginner; just contact us beforehand. Street parking is available, and there's limited onsite parking. The train station is just a 2-minute walk away!
Dress Code:
Please wear longer pants and long sleeves to facilitate rolling and sliding on the floor.
