Starting Point: LOY Contemporary Art Gallery on Armenian Street.

Experience Akai Chew's solo presentation, Fragment of a Story, an immersive installation inspired by the Malay Annals, reinterpreting historical narratives through contemporary art. 🎨

The journey continues with a short walk to Ode to Art, showcasing dynamic works from international sculptors and installation artists, including Patrick Rubenstein, Paul Russo, Lee Gil Rae, and Adi Gunawan. Discover how their practices range from collectors’ homes to monumental public artworks. 🏛️

About Daniel Chong

Daniel Chong (b. 1995, Singapore) is an artist-curator whose work often transcends traditional exhibition spaces. He was awarded the Curator Open Call award by Objectifs in 2022, leading to the exhibition Sugar pills for a bitter world. His notable projects include Exposure_Exposure (2026) and Bad Imitation (2022). Currently, he is curating a project at Golden Mile Tower and producing an exhibition at Bras Basah Complex.
