Join us for Daily Hatha Yoga at NATHA, where both beginners and seasoned practitioners can tap into the transformative power of hatha yoga within a supportive spiritual community. 🧘‍♀️

Each class features a unique theme, integrating a custom yoga practice with short presentations. Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience or fitness level! 🌱 Come and enjoy a free trial class—no sign-up necessary!

Weekly Classes 🗓

  • Monday: 17:00 – 18:30
  • Wednesday: 17:00 – 18:30
  • Friday: 17:00 – 18:30
  • Saturday: 11:00 – 12:30

Class Structure 💫

Each class lasts 90 minutes, consisting of:

  1. Awareness & Warm-Up: Begin with warm-ups to enhance flexibility and prepare for the postures of ASANAS.
  2. Main Yoga Practice: Engage with various asanas while exploring their physical, energetic, mental, and spiritual effects.
  3. Complete Yogic Relaxation: A conscious, active relaxation that solidifies the practice's benefits, influencing daily life.

  • First class: Free
  • Single class: 90kr
  • Clipcard (5 classes): 390kr
