Deep Breathwork x Yoga Special ☀️

This two-hour immersive workshop combines an energizing Vinyasa Yoga practice led by Antonia, followed by a deeply grounding breathwork journey with headphones guided by Livian.
The event is designed to reconnect you with your inner energy, calm your nervous system and create a feeling of clarity, lightness and inner balance.
The event is inspired by the energy of early summer: uplifting like sunlight while remaining grounding and accessible.
