We are thrilled to welcome The Space Lady to Oxford for her debut performance! 🌠 Her transcendent music is a joy to experience, and we have cherished her voice and songs for years. Starting her journey in the late 70s on the streets of Boston, and later in San Francisco, she captivated audiences with her unique versions of contemporary pop music. After the unfortunate theft of her beloved accordion, she transformed her sound using a Casio keyboard, creating an otherworldly dimension that has resonated deeply within the underground music scene. 🎹💖

Having graced festivals like Flow Festival, Pohoda, and Le Guess Who, among others, The Space Lady’s music has been released by Night School records in Glasgow. We are equally excited to introduce Yu Ching, joining us for one of her first solo shows outside Taiwan. Her debut album, The Crystal Hum, is a dreamy bi-lingual masterpiece! 🎼🌈

Opening the night will be Zahra Haji Fath Ali Tehrani, an Oxford-based Iranian Irish multi-instrumentalist known for her human and heartfelt drum and vocal performances, as she honors her role as director of YWMP at The Nest. 🎵✨
