Draft Horse Pulls at The McHenry County Fair

Join us for an exhilarating evening of Pure Horsepower at the Draft Horse Pulling Contest during the McHenry County Fair in Woodstock, Illinois! 🌟

Watch as powerful draft horses team up to pull heavy loads in an exciting display of strength and skill. Unlike typical tractor pulls, our competitors will be using a specialized Horse Pulling Dynamometer, operated by Scott Skinkis from Brillion, WI. This unique setup features preset weights that the teams will strive to conquer!

Each team must pull the load a distance of 27.5 feet to qualify, and the competition is fierce as those who succeed will advance to pull even heavier loads. It's an action-packed elimination process where the team that pulls the largest load the furthest takes home the victory!
