Many of us spend our days living almost entirely in our heads — thinking, analyzing, creating, overthinking...
This August, let's do something different!
Join the Gifted Zoo community for a gentle Ecstatic Dance session—a space to move freely, release accumulated energy, and reconnect with your body. No choreography. No performance. No experience needed!
Whether you dance with your whole body or simply sway to the music, the invitation is the same: move in whatever way feels good to you.
☀️ Location: Barcelona (park or indoor space — to be confirmed)
🕐 Dance duration: ~1 hour
🍹 Afterwards: Anyone who wishes can join for a drink or a relaxed chat.
💬 "But... I don't dance."
Neither do many of us! If you're feeling nervous, you're definitely not alone. Most come with the same thought: "What if I feel awkward?"
The good news? Everyone is there for the same reason—not to impress anyone, but to feel a little more alive, grounded, and free.
And if dancing really isn't your thing, you're absolutely welcome to skip that part and join us for the social gathering instead.
