🪪 Photo ID Required for Pickup

📌 Important Pickup Rules:
• 🚗 LIMIT: 2 food boxes per vehicle (more allowed if someone is present with matching ID)
• If picking up for multiple households:

• Each household must be present, OR
• Provide written permission and ID (details below)

✍️ If Someone Is Picking Up Food For You:
1️⃣ Permission Letter:

• Write a note stating:<br> "I, (your full name), give permission for (full name of person picking up) to pick up a food box for my household from The Salvation Army. There are ___ people in my household, ages ___.”
• Must be dated and signed
• Valid for that day only

2️⃣ Photo ID Required:

• The individual picking up must have a copy of your photo ID (photo on a phone or photocopy is acceptable)

📲 Check-In / Sign-In Instructions:
• 🪧 Look for yard signs with a phone number to text
• 📩 After texting, you’ll receive a link to a sign-in form
• ✅ Complete the form and press "I understand"
• ⏱️ Confirmation will show the date & time stamp
• 📸 Screenshot it to show staff in the parking lot

🔒 No smartphone? Staff can sign you in using a tablet!

⚠️ IMPORTANT SIGN-IN NOTES:
• 🚫 Do NOT sign in until the event day
• 📅 If your confirmation does not show the CURRENT date, sign in again
• 🔁 Sign in ONE TIME ONLY!

🚘 Vehicle & Parking Guidelines:
• 📦 Clear area in your trunk/vehicle for loading
• 🔓 Trunks should be popped open or vehicle doors unlocked
• 🚫 Do NOT block driveways
• 🚑 Be ready to move if emergency vehicles need access
