🏃‍♂️ Founders Running Club (FRC) is a community that unites founders, investors, creatives, and startup enthusiasts for weekly easy runs and networking. Enjoy a comfortable atmosphere with a post-run coffee and conversations.

🌍 Currently in 45+ cities, FRC launched on July 16, 2022, in San Francisco.

Hong Kong Chapter Meeting Location:
📍 Rootdown, Shop 16-19 G/F, Two Artlane, 1 Chung Ching St, Sai Ying Pun

Run Location:
Start at Rootdown, along Victoria Harbour, through Shun Tak Centre, ending at Star Ferry terminal/AXA Wheel. A loop back to Rootdown.
Run Duration: 30 minutes (easy pace), targeting 5K, with 10 minutes for pre- and post-run stretching.
Post-Run: Optional snack/coffee (45-60 minutes). Join late or just for coffee and networking.

Pace:
Easy pace, no prior running experience needed. FRC is focused on networking, not training. Open to everyone interested.

Bags:
Store your bags/water securely at the meeting location.

Weather Policy:
Runs occur regardless of weather conditions (including light rain or Typhoon signal 3 or below), unless stated otherwise.

Feel free to cancel or no-show anytime before the run.
