This is a meditation on unconditional love. not the feeling, the practice.
No one teaches us how to actually love, ourselves or anyone else. we just hope it happens.
This session gives you a method: A guided meditation to start generating that love deliberately, beginning with yourself, then extending it out.
Expect a guided practice, plus a way to keep building this off the cushion.
Suitable for all levels. Free community class.
