🌟 Are you a multicultural father living in Finland? If so, you're not alone in facing challenges such as:
- Feeling disconnected from your culture
- Experiencing loneliness or isolation
- Feeling undervalued
- Battling fatigue, stress, or worries
Join us for a FREE workshop and peer support group, organized by the Helsinki YMCA TAT Fatherhood Project in collaboration with Familia ry.
Theme: Identity, Belonging, and Well-Being
We will delve into important topics including:
- How migration impacts your identity and fatherhood
- Navigating feelings during cultural transitions
- Mental and physical health
- Finding strength and a sense of belonging in two cultures
This safe and inclusive space is designed for listening, sharing, and learning alongside fellow fathers. There's no pressure—just respectful discussions and a warm welcome to join as you are!
