This workshop focuses on identifying that hidden debt before it becomes a problem. We will discuss what aspects need to be solid before launching and what can wait, tailored to different team sizes—from solo founders to larger engineering organizations. Topics include:

She now serves as a fractional CTO and leadership coach, helping social-impact founders make informed technical and organizational decisions.
