Gay Men's Spirituality Group: Walking The Labyrinth
The labyrinth is an ancient meditation practice featuring a single winding path that leads inward and back out again. Unlike a maze, there are no wrong turns—only an invitation to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with your deepest self.
As gay men, our journeys often include unexpected twists, moments of courage, and profound transformation. Walking the labyrinth provides an opportunity to honor your path, release what no longer serves you, and return with greater clarity, peace, and self-trust.
Facilitator David Monticalvo will share the history and symbolism of the labyrinth before guiding the group through this contemplative walking meditation. No experience is necessary; just bring an open heart and a willingness to see where the path leads.
Each session includes engaging breakout groups with curated discussion prompts, alongside activities, mini-ceremonies, and meditations to foster connection and celebration.
