Join us for a rejuvenating 1 hour and 30 minute Gentle Morning Yoga Session! Designed to awaken your body, boost your energy, and relieve stiffness, this class incorporates slow and simple movements. Perfect for all skill levels, experience calming poses like cat-cow, gentle twists, child’s pose, and light stretches to create a positive and focused start to your day.

🧘‍♀️ What You'll Need for Class:

  • Yoga Mat
  • Yoga blanket, large towel, or cushion
  • Yoga block(s) (optional)
  • Water

Yoga mats are available for use in the studio.
