On October 10, from 17:00 to 19:00, Jon Sleigh, a freelance Learning Curator and Arts Educator, will delve into the emotional depths of Grayson Perry's masterpiece, The Annunciation of the Virgin Deal. This stunning 4-meter tapestry, part of The Vanity of Small Differences series, narrates the journey of Tim Rakewell, a fictional 21st-century software developer who rises from working-class roots to societal heights.

🏛️ In addition to this tapestry, the artwork Hold Your Beliefs Lightly will also be featured, both on loan from the esteemed Currell Collection. This event offers a unique perspective on the art of social class and its connections to the Wolverhampton Art Gallery collection, all set in an enriching and communal atmosphere.
