Should We Fear the Future?
The future is full of uncertainty. New technologies, social changes, and global challenges can make it feel exciting, but also unsettling. So how do you respond to what lies ahead?

Is fear a natural and helpful response to the unknown? Or does it hold us back from hope and progress? Can worrying about the future actually prepare us better, or does it prevent us from living well in the present?

Some people see the future as something to embrace with optimism, while others approach it with caution or even anxiety. Different perspectives shape how we plan, act, and make decisions today.

This week at IQ Cafe, our speaker will explore several perspectives on this question and share their own reflections. After a short introduction, we’ll break into small discussion groups where you’re invited to share your thoughts and experiences in an open and respectful space.

🕒 Schedule:
8:00-8:20 - Listen to a bilingual lecture on the night's topic while enjoying snacks and coffee
8:20-9:00 - Discussion in small groups
Afterwards - Stick around and hang out with new friends!
