Whether you’re a bodyworker, dancer, actor, or just curious, this workshop invites you to deepen your understanding of communication beyond words.

What to Expect:

  • Discover how to listen not just with your ears, but also through your hands, body, and eyes.
  • Explore non-verbal cues and enhance your communication abilities.
  • Understand how a body expresses feelings like trust, joy, or fear.
  • Participate in playful games and discussions that extend your sensory awareness.

This workshop is designed for everyone! No prior experience is required, and all genders and bodies are welcome. You will engage in exercises with various partners, but rest assured, participation is completely voluntary, and you can take breaks as needed.

Dress Code:

Wear something comfortable that allows free movement. Feel free to dress beautifully or sexy, but prioritize comfort!

What to Bring:

  • A towel, sheet, or sarong for your comfort during exercises.
  • A water bottle.
