Join us for a comprehensive Legal Update I course, available both virtually and in-person! This class is open to all agents and provides 4 hours of CE credit.

During this essential 4-hour session, attendees will learn about significant changes in TRELA statutory and TREC rule updates. Topics covered include:

• Updates on sales agent and broker response times
• Review of promulgated forms
• Overview of Fair Housing Guidelines
• Essential Do’s and Don’ts of Fair Housing

Participants will receive a class manual (an e-manual for those attending virtually) and will take a short quiz afterward.
