Join us for a transformative movement experience with Ignite Tuesday - MOVE ONLY! ✨ This class is designed to reconnect you with your body and awaken your senses, helping you to fully embrace your presence. When you're deeply connected to yourself, all aspects of life—including interactions with others—become more vibrant and fulfilling.

The MOVE class offers a unique hour where you will transition from your mind into your body through a guided space dedicated to movement, sensuality, and somatic exploration. Here at the House of Play, we celebrate feelings, expressions, and energetic movement in a welcoming atmosphere.

Expect diverse experiences each week, led by skilled embodiment facilitators:

• Björn Alex Marcus: Contact improv and contemporary flow.
• Signe Frydenlund: Focus on couples dance and interaction.
• Hülya Vandborg: Yin Yoga and Fascial Flow for embodiment practice.
• Loa: Seeds of contemporary dance and somatic movement, enhanced by body-based psychotherapy insights.
