18:30 – 19:30

Experience profound relaxation as soothing sounds help calm your nervous system and restore inner balance.

19:30 – 20:00
💫 Unwind & Chill
Enjoy gentle relaxation time with a hot drink before heading home feeling refreshed.

🚿 Important Notice:
All showers and changing must be completed before the prompt 18:30 Sound Bath start.

Total Cost: £95 per person

• £25 non-refundable deposit due at booking
• Remaining balance of £70 payable to The Farmhouse Sanctuary
  After your deposit, you will receive contact from The Farmhouse Sanctuary (or reach them at 02392 597751 opt 1) to arrange the remaining payment.

⚠️ Cancellation Policy:
Any remaining balances not settled one week prior will forfeit your booking and deposit.

• No refunds or transfers available
• Please arrive timely to ensure a smooth start!
• This event isn't suitable for individuals with:
  • Sound-induced epilepsy
  • Pacemakers
  • In the first trimester of pregnancy
  • Severe mental illness
  • Within 12 weeks of surgery
