Jan Kučera trio

The Jan Kučera Trio will perform at U Staré paní.

The Jan Kučera Trio was formed in 1999 and features Jan Kučera on piano, Jan Kořínek on bass, and Ladislav Nič on drums. In 2000, they released their original CD Stav beztíže (State of Weightlessness), on which the then-newly formed Epoque Quartet also performs with the trio. Over the following years, the trio performed together only sporadically. Their repertoire consists primarily of jazz standards, but also includes their own compositions.
