Eden's annual crayfish party (kräftskiva) running from 16 August to 12 September. Menu for 1 person: 500g Swedish crayfish, 100g Swedish shrimp, Edens västerbottenpaj, aioli, two cheeses, marmalade & bread, strawberries with vanilla ice cream. Price: 695 SEK per person.
