Venue: The Punjab, a fourth-generation Punjabi restaurant in Covent Garden, is celebrating 80 years as a cherished London institution. Founded by Gurbachan Singh Maan, it pioneered North Indian cuisine in Britain. Today, Amrit Maan, an OBE recipient, continues the family's "profit with purpose" philosophy.
