Leadership Circle

The theme of this circle is Inner development of a leader – from reactive patterns to creative capacities.
Together, we will explore the question: which inner capacities most limit, or can unlock, my leadership now? Depending on the group, we may look at and dive deep into composure under pressure, courageous truth-telling, character shadow traits, seeing the bigger picture, etc. The focus is on deepening self-awareness, presence and the inner shifts that expand leadership effectiveness.

Leadership can feel like a pretty lonely journey – dealing with challenges that only you can relate to, like finding the balance between people and results, navigating uncertainty, or carrying the quiet weight of responsibility. Behind the confident decisions and steady presence, there are often moments of doubt, reflection, and deep questioning.

Leadership Circle is a space for leaders who want to step out of the day-to-day and connect on a more human level. A place to exchange stories, talk about the parts of leadership we rarely voice, and to explore the path of growth and meaning that comes with it.

Over coffee in a small circle in central Warsaw, we’ll reflect on questions such as:

How do we hold uncertainty as part of our reality? What inner qualities sustain us through the journey?
What does it really mean to lead consciously today? Existential challenges we deal with as leaders

This is not a panel discussion or a networking pitch session – it’s a shared conversation among peers who know the weight and wonder of leading. Whether you’re a manager, founder or senior professional, you’ll find a circle of like-minded people who are walking similar paths – willing to listen, share and grow together.
