Start at Hillview MRT Exit A ➝ Dairy Farm Nature Park ➝ Bukit Timah Summit ➝ 2-3 Staircase Loops ➝ Beauty World Shopping Centre for lunch.

This practical endurance training session combines trail and stair climbs to mimic the effort of multi-day hikes. Emphasizing consistency over speed, it suits both beginners and seasoned hikers looking to train smart. 💪
What to Bring:
- Backpack (5-7kg weight recommended)
- Minimum 1.5L of water 💧
- Light snacks or energy bars 🍏
- Towel/small cloth
- Rain gear or poncho (weather dependent) ☔
- Proper hiking shoes 🥾
- Sunscreen and cap
- EZ-Link card / small cash for lunch 💵
