Throughout the mid-80s, Azymuth continued to dazzle with albums like the cult classic Outubro, earning their status as one of the planet's premier jazz bands, sharing stages with legends such as Chick Corea and Stevie Wonder at prestigious festivals.

Their partnership with Far Out Recordings has been fruitful, producing critically acclaimed albums such as Carnival (1996), Woodland Warrior (1998), and Fenix (2016), with more exciting releases on the horizon, including Marca Passo (2025).
