Join us for LOUD WOMEN FEST AUSTRALIA 2026! 🎉

This incredible international feminist music festival, founded in London, returns to Australia with an ambitious three-city tour:

• 21 November at Waywards Ballroom (Gadigal/Sydney)
• 22 November at The Bergy Bandroom (Naarm/Melbourne)
• 29 November at Brightside (Meanjin/Brisbane)

LOUD WOMEN FEST proudly serves as a non-profit, trans-inclusive platform aiming to counter the male-dominated festival culture by celebrating women, trans, and non-binary musicians. After a sold-out event in Melbourne and overwhelming support throughout 2024–2025, the festival is expanding into Brisbane for the very first time!

We're excited to announce that applications are now open for artists worldwide to perform at one, two, or even all three festival dates! 🌍✨

Musicians who identify as women, trans, or non-binary across punk, indie-pop, indie-rock, and alternative genres are encouraged to apply, with all musical styles being taken into consideration. Artists will be compensated, a full backline will be provided, and performers can sell their own merchandise! 💸🛍️

LOUD WOMEN acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the lands where these events will be held and encourages applications from First Nations artists, as well as from:

• Women, trans, and non-binary-led bands and artists
• DIY and grassroots creators
• Queer artists and individuals from First Nations, Black, and communities of color
• Those dedicated to fostering inclusive music communities
