Join Orbiting NYC for our most exciting event of the year, celebrating love on the Chinese Valentine’s Day, the Qixi Festival! Long ago, the love story of the Cowherd and the Weaver Girl captured the stars and even the heart of the Emperor of Heaven. Once every year, on the seventh day of the seventh month, magpies form a bridge across the Milky Way to reunite these lovers for one special night.
We’re thrilled to host a memorable two-day themed non-profit event at our unique venue in NYC! Every ticket sale directly contributes to covering our event expenses and supports our talented cosplayers!

🌟 Event Details

📅 Venue: Chuan Bistro, Flushing
⏰ Dates: August 15-16 | 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM
🛑 Our days will be organized in three sessions, with a strict venue clearance between them. Please be mindful that there will be a hard end-time daily to accommodate regular dinner guests!

🎋 Qixi Dress Code

Traditional attire like hanfu is highly recommended!
On-site Services: Hanfu rental and styling services included in some ticket options.
Feel free to wear elegant, flowy, fairy-like outfits!

• All Tier 1-3 RSVPs receive 1 raffle ticket
• VIPs will receive 2 tickets
• SVIPs will get 4 tickets
• One raffle will be drawn at the end of each session!

⏳ Time-Slot RSVPs

This is a paid event with strict session scheduling!
The venue will be cleared out after each session to make space for the next time-slot.
Make sure to note your RSVP time for the fullest experience!
All tickets come with wristbands for easy staff identification.
