Join us for an invigorating LUMEN session where nature meets movement! We'll gather outside Club 7 at 19:00, and shortly after, experience a 45-minute guided movement journey led by Octavia.

LUMEN is all about bringing people together through music, breath, and connection — all while wearing wireless headphones. It’s a lighter, more playful way to let go, reconnect, and just feel part of something special.

What to Expect:

• A moment to pause, move, and start your week differently, together.
• No prior dance or fitness experience required — just bring your authentic self!

What to Wear:

• Comfortable athleisure that allows for stretching and dancing.
• Trainers are recommended.

What to Bring:

• Your yoga mat, sweat towel, and water bottle. 💧
