Medieval Combat Show

The Berliner Rittergilde has arrived at the Medieval Week. We have brought with us more than 50 fighters in medieval armor, with medieval weapons and longbows.

We invite you to the grand arena to experience our medieval combat show. We offer you a glimpse into what medieval battles and warfare might have looked like in the 14th century in our home region: Berlin/Brandenburg.

The show is an informative spectacle. We don't just beat each other black and blue, but also demonstrate and explain the difference between film and reality, the difference between tournament combat and battlefield. We illustrate how archers were used on the battlefield, the famous shield wall, and the importance of discipline in combat.

The show is very child-friendly and is available in both English and Swedish on different days
