Movie Loft presents 'Shag'

Join us for a nostalgic screening of the 1988 classic, 'Shag', at Shadowbox Studio! Dive into the summer of 1963 with four friends as they take a road trip to Myrtle Beach for one last hurrah before the wedding bells chime!

💃 Expect a whirlwind of hijinks and dance contests in this delightful blend of 'Where the Boys Are' and 'Dirty Dancing' on the boardwalk! Directed by Zelda Barron, this iconic film features performances by Phoebe Cates, Annabeth Gish, Bridget Fonda, and Page Hannah. In 2026, Movie Loft will showcase some gems filmed in North Carolina and surrounding areas, with 'Shag' as a proud South Carolina product, featuring scenes from Florence, Georgetown, and Myrtle Beach.
