Access and age:

The recommended age for this event is 25 years and older. Entry is prohibited to minors under the age of 18.

To gain access, you must bring your ID card, passport or original official document that proves your identity and that you are of legal age.

Security personnel may carry out searches in accordance with regulations.

Tickets:

The PURCHASER will be the only one to receive the QR code for all tickets, even if they purchase several or assign details to other attendees.

Tickets are activated in the Resident Advisor APP 24 hours before the event.

Re-entry:

Re-entry with a stamp is permitted from 2:30 a.m. We ask that all persons who leave and re-enter do so respectfully, avoiding noise or disturbance to the neighbourhood.

Food and drink policy:

No food or drink is permitted.

Ticket resale:

We are against unofficial resale. We do not accept platforms such as TicketSwap.

Only Resident Advisor offers a secure resale method.

The original purchaser must be present with their ID.

Tickets purchased outside of official channels will not be admitted.

Exchanges and refunds:

Once the ticket has been purchased, no exchanges or refunds will be accepted.

There is no right of withdrawal according to Art. 103.l of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.

Acceso y edad

La edad recomendada para este evento es de 25 años o más. La entrada está prohibida a menores de 18 años.

Para acceder será obligatorio presentar el DNI, pasaporte u otro documento oficial original que acredite la identidad y la mayoría de edad.

El personal de seguridad podrá realizar registros de acuerdo con la normativa vigente.

Entradas

La persona compradora será la única que recibirá el código QR de todas las entradas, incluso si adquiere varias o asigna los datos a otros asistentes.

Las entradas se activarán en la app de Resident Advisor 24 horas antes del evento.

Reacceso

Se permite volver a acceder al recinto con sello a partir de las 02:30 h.

Rogamos que cualquier persona que salga y vuelva a entrar lo haga de forma respetuosa, evitando ruidos o molestias al vecindario.

Política de comida y bebida

No está permitido acceder con comida ni bebida del exterior.

Reventa de entradas

No aceptamos la reventa no oficial.

No admitimos entradas adquiridas a través de plataformas como TicketSwap.

El único método seguro de reventa es el ofrecido por Resident Advisor.

La persona compradora original deberá estar presente y mostrar su documento de identidad.

Las entradas compradas fuera de los canales oficiales no serán válidas.

Cambios y devoluciones

Una vez adquirida la entrada, no se admitirán cambios ni devoluciones.
