Join us for NeuroFit Wellness, a free program in collaboration with Autism Oklahoma! This structured, sensory-conscious fitness experience is specially designed to enhance:

• 😊 Emotional regulation
• 👫 Social interaction skills
• 🌈 Overall quality of life

Hosted on Tuesdays from 1:00 - 3:00 PM at Santa Fe Family Life Center, during our low-activity stimuli period to ensure an optimal environment for all participants. This program is available at no cost to neurodivergent adults.
