Join us for a thrilling competition like no other at the NorCal Fitness Summer Mega Draft Throwdown! 🌟 This same-sex partner competition invites you to register individually and get teamed up with a new workout buddy during our LIVE Mega Draft! Whether you're aiming for the podium or just in it for the fun, this event promises challenges, community building, and new friendships.

• Teams of 2 (Drafted Partners)
• Same-Sex Teams
• 3 Workouts
• RX & Scaled Divisions:
  • Men's RX
  • Men's Scaled
  • Women's RX
  • Women's Scaled

✏️ How the Draft Works

1. Register as an individual.
2. Choose your division (RX or Scaled).
3. After registration closes, athletes will be randomly drafted into teams during our LIVE Mega Draft on Friday Night.
4. Meet your teammate and gear up to compete! 💪

📋 Workout Information

All workouts and movement standards will be shared prior to registration closing, so you can select the division that suits your abilities best.

🥇 Top 3 Teams in each division will receive recognition!

• Doors Open: 8:30 AM
• Athlete Briefing: 9:00 AM
• First Event: 9:30 AM
