Ocean's glow: Yoga + Surf Day

Join us for an active day by the sea! ☀️🌊

We'll gather at Praia da Saúde (below Restaurant Golfinho) at 10:00 AM to start with some gentle yoga and warm-up movements on the sand.

Following the yoga session, dive into the waves for a 1.5-hour surf lesson — suitable for all skill levels and with all equipment provided!

At the end of the day, feel free to join us for an optional lunch at Golfinho, where we can enjoy some delicious fresh food together.
