There are two scriptures that have been sitting deeply in my spirit as we prepare for this gathering:

“For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11

“Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” 3 John 1:2

This is not just a theme.
This is a mandate.

Because what does it truly mean to prosper?

For too long, many women, especially those called to lead, build and create, have felt uncomfortable speaking about wealth. We have softened it. Minimized it. Even avoided it.

But God never asked us to shrink our language around increase.

He said above all things, that we would prosper.

It is about what is in your heart
